Returns & Refunds
All Sales Are Final
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, but we get it, sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we’re happy to issue store credit on eligible returns. Store credit never expires, so you can always find something else you love.
Eligibility
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be:
- Sent back within 14 days of delivery
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- Returned in original packaging with tags attached
Return shipping is on you (unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order isn’t quite right — damaged, defective, or not what you ordered — email us at hello@shopupmyalley.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll send you next steps and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale pieces, gift cards, custom or personalized items, and personal care products can’t be returned.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If approved, your refund will go back to your original payment method within 14 business days after inspection.
