RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Shopping online is tough, we get it! If you're not completely in love with your purchase, you may exchange it for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. Store credit never expires.
To be eligible, items must be:
- In original condition
- Returned in original packaging
- With all tags still attached
We reserve the right to deny an exchange or store credit if returned items are not in original condition or don’t meet our quality standards.
Note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds to original payment method are only issued if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
- Personalized items, custom orders, and items marked 'FINAL SALE' are not eligible for return or exchange.
Oh no, we’re so sorry! Please email us at hello@shopupmyalley.com with your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll make it right ASAP.
SHIPPING
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships. Orders typically process within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are:
- FedEx 2-Day: 2–3 business days
- FedEx Standard Overnight: 1–2 business days
Please note: Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.
Yes! We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $72.00. Orders under $72 are charged a flat rate of $10.00.
Ugh, we wish! At this time, we do not offer international shipping.. but it’s on our radar. If you're absolutely in love with a piece, email hello@shopupmyalley.com, and we’ll see what we can do.
Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, email us and we’ll help you investigate. Up My Alley is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we always do our best to assist.
ORDER CHANGES
We totally get it—sometimes you hit "checkout" a little too fast. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, email us ASAP at hello@shopupmyalley.com.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Once it’s been packed or shipped, we unfortunately can’t make changes.

Lucky you! We’re big believers in girl math, so yes, your items are basically free ;)
At checkout, enter your personal code in the “Discount Code” field. Your balance will be automatically applied to your order.

Purchasing and sending an e-gift card is easy! Just follow these steps:
- Visit our e-gift card page
- Choose the amount you'd like to gift
- Add it to your cart and proceed to checkout as usual
After your purchase, the gift card will be instantly emailed to you (or your recipient if you choose to forward it).
OTHER
Follow these easy tips to keep your items looking their best for years to come:
- Avoid contact with water, lotions, perfumes, and other chemicals.
- Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or working out.
- Store pieces in a dry place—preferably in your original Up My Alley pouch.
- Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear to remove any oils or residue.
